Headlight Swap

Postby Psychropod on Wed Apr 25, 2007 10:24 pm

Hey - I'm trying to do the same exact thing. I have a '96 4-Door. I HATE the sealed-beam headlights. What I want to do is replace the assembly with the lights from a later model year. If it means also upgrading the grille and wiring, I'll do it.

So nobody else has come across this problem or is willing to offer suggestions?

Somebody?

It can be done you can do a search on here for different terms for front end swap. The main quick things i remember that need to be changes is the lights, grill, bumper, radiator cross support, and a few other item as well inside. Like i said do a search on here and spend some time with it and figure every part you will need, look threw a couple repair manuals to see even more into it.

Also i have not done this to my 95 just what i have read and seen over the years on here. So i dont have pics and i dont have the details just a idea.
